Please note that Millie Mays Gifts is a retail store only and does not provide to wholesale customers.  All pricing is in Australian dollars and includes 10% Goods and Services Tax.

PAYMENT METHODS

Millie Mays Gifts accepts all major credit cards, including Amex and Diners Club.  We supply a closed secure site, so therefor your payment details are protected and encrypted - your privacy and security is guaranteed.  Alternatively we do accept cheques or money orders, however please note that postage of your goods will only be made when cheques have been cleared.  We do also accept direct deposit, although this is only available to Australian customers.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Millie Mays Gifts abides by all Australian Fair Trading laws.  All refunds and returns require proof of purchase.  Whilst the fair trading laws state that no refund, credit or exchange need to be given where the customer does not want the product anymore or simply changes their mind, Millie Mays Gifts wishes for your shopping exprience with us to be a happy, pleasurable and satisfying one.  Therefor, whilst every effort has been made to best represent a product via the image and desciptions, if you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it for either a refund or exchange, please do so with in 14 days of purchase (postage to be at purchases cost).

All products returned must be in original packaging and condition.

If a fault or damage is detected with a product, Millie Mays Gifts will gladly refund or exchange a product including postage costs within 7 days of purchase.  Proof of fault or damage will be required prior to refund.

GIFTWRAPPING

Millie Mays Gifts will happily gift wrap your purchase and post direct to your friends or loved ones - why not save yourself some time!  Millie Mays Gifts wraps with two tone tissue and organza ribbon.  If you purchase multiple items and wish for them to be wrapped and / or posted seperately, please advise via an email to us - see Contact Us page.

Personal details provided to Millie Mays Gifts in relation to your purchase will not be used or given to any third party for any purpose other than to ensure safe arrival of purchased goods to you.
